碳钢化学镀镍-铜-磷合金及耐蚀性研究

摘要:

采用化学镀的方法在碳钢表面进行镍-铜-磷三元合金化学镀。研究了pH值、温度、硫酸铜含量等条件对沉积速度、铜含量、耐蚀性以及镀层表面形貌的影响。研究结果表明,温度为90℃,镀覆时间为1h,镀液的pH值为7.5,硫酸铜浓度为1.2g/L时,镀层的耐NaCl溶液腐蚀性良好,且耐蚀性优于镍-磷化学镀层.

Abstract:

The method of electroless was used to prepare nickel-copper-phosphorus ternary alloy. The effects of pH value,temperature,concentration of cupric sulfate were studied to character the deposition rate,copper content,corrosion resistance and appearance. From the results,it was shown that the good corrosion resistance coating could be obtained at the conditions shown as follows:temperature,90℃; deposion time,1h; pH value,7.5; concentration of cupric sulfate,1.2g/L. Compared with electroless nickel-phosphorus,electroless nickel-copper-phosphorus have the better corrosion resistance in NaCl.
