In this artical, a new method of serial communication using special purpose level conversion chip MAX232 between PC and MCS 51 single chip microcontroller is introduced. The selection of the communication mode, setting of the baud rate of the 89C51 and its setting of communication are stated in detail. Through the analysis of the hardware and software design of the interface circuit, its practicability is presented.

The structure of the manipulator's finger for carrying the shells at the automated production line by measuring the shell's diameter is studied.The pneumatic driving devices are controlled sequentially by single chip microcomputer.In order to guarantee the ratronality of the structure design,FEM is used to analyse and optimize the finger's structure.The structure design meets the requirement of the verification result.

文峰;曹雄;黄海新;闫啸云; WEN Feng;CAO Xiong;HUANG Haixin;YAN Xiaoyun;China University of Petroleum;随着互联网的发展,数据开始呈爆炸性的方式增长,随之而来的是海量的脏数据。为了不受这些脏数据的影响得到高质量的数据,推荐系统开始引起人们的广泛关注。传统的推荐算法比如协同过滤(CF)太过于依赖用户和物品的交互信息,因此遗留的数据稀疏和冷启动问题成为学术界一直需要攻克的难题。最近,知识图谱由于其三元组的易理解性以及丰富的语义信息而被广泛应用在推荐系统中。由此提出一种基于知识图谱嵌入模型TransE和图神经网络的推荐算法,使用图神经网络可以提取用户和物品的高阶特征,知识图谱嵌入算法模型可以使提取出的特征信息更加丰富,在相关数据集上的实验结果表明该算法的推荐性能表现优异。
With the development of the Internet, data began to grow along with huse amounts of dirty data in an explosive way.In order to get higher quality data without being affected by these dirty data, people begin to focuson Recommendation Systems.Traditional recommendation algorithms, such as Collaborative Filtering(CF),rely too much on the interactive information between users and items, so the problems of data sparsity and cold start have become difficult problems to be solved by the academia all the time.Recently, Knowledge Graph has been widely used in recommendation systems because of its trituple′s intelligibility and rich semantic information.For these reasons, we propose a recommendation algorithm model, which is based on knowledge embedding model TransE and Graph neural network.Higher-order representation of users and items can be extracted by using the Graph neural network.Knowledge graph embedding algorithm model can extract the characteristic information in more abundant way.Experimental results on related datasets show that the recommended performance of the algorithm is excellent.
视觉SLAM的空地协同导航方法研究
Research on Air-ground Cooperative Navigation Based on VSLAM
高宏伟;于斌;武炎明; GAO Hongwei;YU Bin;WU Yanming;Shenyang Ligong University;Shenyang Institute of Automation;针对机器人同步定位与导航系统中,空中无人机执行地面任务灵活性差、地面无人车视野易被遮挡等问题,采用基于视觉同步定位与地图构建(SLAM)的空地协同导航方法;针对现有空地协同导航系统中无人机多视角下的视差问题,提出了3D-2D线特征匹配方法;针对图像轮廓还原程度较差的问题,将无人机关键帧拼接后的边缘图像与SLAM地图进行基于轮廓相似度的融合。地面无人车通过视觉标靶对自身定位,并融合激光雷达局部地图的方法实时修正地图,完成路径规划。通过仿真进行测试,证明了方案的可行性和方法的有效性。
In the synchronous positioning and navigation system of robots, the flexibility of aerial unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)in performing ground tasks is poor, and the vision of ground unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)is easily blocked.In order to solve the parallax problem of uav under multi-view in the existing air-ground cooperative navigation system, a 3 D-2 D line feature matching method is proposed.Aiming at the problem of poor image contour restoration, the edge image of UAV keyframe Mosaic and SLAM map are fused based on contour similarity, and the global map constructed by this method has both accurate position information of the former and accurate shape information of the latter.The ground unmanned vehicle locates itself by visual target, and makes path planning in global map by two-way RRT algorithm.In the process of moving, the local map is constructed by lidar in real time, so as to avoid the new obstacles, update the global map, and re-plan the path until the target point is reached.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are proved by testing the proposed method in simulation environment.

The principle of all-vanadium redox flow battery(VRB)is introduced briefly.The latest progress in redox cell stack,electrode material,ion exchange membrane and electrolyte of VRB at home and abroad is reviewed.It is pointed out that the activated graphite felt is the acceptable electrode material for VRB application.Carbon plastic composite can be used as the current collector,however,the performance should be improved further.Moreover,the research and development of high performance ion exchange membrane with low cost,especially,anion exchange membrane,should be paid more attentions.

A new method for analysing assembly mode by ANSYS is proposed,the system frequencies and the main vibration mode of gear transmission system of the caterpillar vehicle are studied on two critical state.The frequencies and the main vibrartion mode can be solved with linear mode analysis theory,the natural frequency of gear system is located between the frequencies of two critical state.The meshing frequencies obtained by ADAMS are compared with above mentioned frequencies to know whether the resonance vibration will occur or not.

The obstacle avoidance is one of the main functions that an independently mobile robot should be provided.Using DSP chip-TMS320VC 5402 manufactured by TI Company as a key component,collecting the environmental information and controlling the intelligent carriage,a kind of obstacl avoidance system of intelligent carriage is designed.In this system,four groups of ultrasonic sensors are used to detect the barries,which are front of distance between the intelligent carriage and the barriers.The system's design is simple,and has lower cost and better real time features.And at the same time,this system has obtained anticipated experimental results in the indoor environment.That is: the intelligent carriage can arrive at the destination without any collision.
基于改进YOLOv8和LPRNet的车牌识别算法
License Plate Recognition Algorithm Based on Improved YOLOv8 and LPRNet
宋建辉;夏彬;赵亚威;刘晓阳; SONG Jianhui;XIA Bin;ZHAO Yawei;LIU Xiaoyang;车牌定位检测与识别是实现智能交通系统的关键技术之一。为解决传统方法定位不准确、识别率低的问题,提出一种基于改进YOLOv8和轻量级识别网络LPRNet的车牌识别算法。在YOLOv8网络架构中增加卷积块注意力模块(convolutional block attention module, CBAM),通过特征融合提升目标检测的准确率;在LPRNet中加入多头自注意力(multi head self attention, MHSA)机制,增强网络的特征提取能力;在识别网络模型的训练阶段引入对抗训练,增强模型的泛化能力和鲁棒性。在CCPD数据集上的实验结果表明,本文算法对车牌检测的平均精度均值(mAP@0.5)达到98.7%,车牌识别准确率达到97.21%,均优于其他同类主流算法。
Detection and recognition of license plate location is one of the key technologies for implementing intelligent transportation systems.To solve the problems of inaccurate positioning and low recognition rate in traditional methods, a license plate recognition algorithm based on improved YOLOv8 and lightweight recognition network LPRNet is proposed.A convolutional block attention module(CBAM)is added to the YOLOv8 network architecture to improve the accuracy of object detection through feature fusion.A multi head self attention(MHSA)mechanism is added to LPRNet to enhance the network's feature extraction capability.Adversarial training is introduced during the training phase of the recognition network model to enhance its generalization ability and robustness.Experimental results on the CCPD dataset show that the mean average precision(mAP@0.5) of our algorithm for license plate detection reaches 98.7%,and the accuracy of license plate recognition reaches 97.21%,both of which are superior to other mainstream algorithms of the same type.

边书;张玉妥;王承志; BIAN Shu,ZHANG Yutuo,WANG Chengzhi(Shenyang Ligong University,Shenyang 110159,China)相图是研究成分、温度、组织和性能之间关系的理论基础,是制定各种热加工工艺的依据,也是描述平衡凝固过程的有效工具。在钢铁材料中,Fe-Cr-Ni是一个非常重要的合金体系。奥氏体不锈钢、铁素体不锈钢和双相不锈钢均以Fe-Cr-Ni系富铁角为其基础成分。采用热力学软件Thermo-Calc计算了Fe-Cr-Ni三元系在500~1700℃的等温截面和Fe-C-12.5Cr-4.5Ni-0.5Si-0.6Mn(wt.%)系垂直截面。分析了Fe-Cr-Ni三元系等温截面和ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo马氏体不锈钢在相图中的相关系.
Phase diagram is the theoretical foundation of the composition-temperature-microstructure-properties,and the basis of hot working processing,and also the effective tool to describe solidification processes.Fe-Mn-Al alloys are of considerable technical and great practical importance for the iron and steel materials.Austenite stainless steels,ferrite stainless steels and duplex stainless steels have the Fe-rich corner of the Fe-Ni-Cr system as their compositional base.The calculation of isothermal sections for Fe-Cr-Ni system was carried out at different temperatures from 500℃ to 1700℃.The vertical section for Fe-C-12.5Cr-4.5Ni-0.5Si-0.6Mn system was also calculated.The phase relations in the Fe-Ni-Cr ternary system for the isothermal sections and ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo martensite stainless steel were investigated.
基于非线性模型预测的四旋翼无人机轨迹跟踪控制
Trajectory Tracking Control of Quadrotor Based on Nonlinear Model Predictive Control
闫玉盼;饶兵;刘砚菊;冯迎宾; YAN Yupan;RAO Bing;LIU Yanju;FENG Yingbin;Shenyang Ligong University;Shenyang SkyEye Intelligent Cloud Technology Research Institute Co.,Ltd.;针对四旋翼无人机轨迹跟踪控制器跟踪性能不稳定的问题,提出一种基于非线性模型预测控制(nolinear model predict control, NMPC)的轨迹跟踪算法。首先,建立四旋翼无人机的动力学模型,定义四旋翼无人机的位置和姿态为状态量,螺旋桨转速为控制输入量,建立非线性状态空间方程作为控制算法的预测模型。其次,定义最优化函数和四旋翼无人机控制约束,将轨迹跟踪控制问题转换为非线性最优化求解问题。最后,通过多重打靶法求解得到的最优控制量作为四旋翼无人机的输入信号。为验证NMPC算法的跟踪性能,在Matlab中搭建仿真平台进行对比实验,结果表明,与PID和串级模型预测控制(model predict control, MPC)及改进MPC方法相比,NMPC算法能够在满足约束的情况下完成轨迹跟踪任务,误差小、精度高,并具有抗干扰能力。
For the problem of unsteady tracking performance of quadrotor trajectory tracking controller, a trajectory tracking algorithm based on nonlinear model predictive control(NMPC)is proposed.Firstly, the quadrotor's dynamic model is established, position and attitude of the quadrotor are defined as state variables, the propellers' speed are defined as control input variables.The nonlinear state-space equation is established as the prediction model for the control algorithm.Then, the trajectory tracking control problem is transformed into nonlinear optimization problem as the optimization function and the quadrotor control constraints are defined.Finally, the optimal quantity solved by multiple shooting method are used as control input for the quadrotor.In order to verify the tracking performance of NMPC algorithm, comparison simulation experiment is conducted in Matlab, in which a quadrotor platform is built.Experiment results show that compared with PID,cascade model predictive control(MPC)and improved MPC methods, the trajectory tracking under the condition of constraints could be finished by the NMPC algorithm, with lower error, higher accuracy and anti-interference ability.
