运动目标检测的三帧差法算法研究
Algorithm Research on Three-Frame Difference for Detection of Moving Target
王孝艳;张艳珠;董慧颖;李媛;李小娟; WANG Xiaoyan,ZHANG Yanzhu,DONG Huiying,LI Yuan,LI Xiaojuan(Shenyang Ligong University,Shenyang 110159,China)运动目标因速度时变性强,路径不确定等特点给运动目标检测和跟踪带来难度。常用的运动目标检测方法虽然很多,但大都会因为噪声给检测的精度带来很大的影响。通过使用三帧差法提取目标,再用数学形态学的方法对提取出的图像进行处理,可有效检测出运动目标并消除噪声。实验结果表明,这种方法计算量小,受环境变化影响小,实时性强,目标检测准确性高.
Because of the features of moving target,such as strong speed degeneration and uncertain route,it is hard to detect and track the moving target.Although there are many detecting methods for moving target,the noise of detection affects the detecting precision dramatically.In this paper,we extract target by three frame subtraction,and then process the extracting image by the method of mathematical morphology.By this method,the moving target can be detected effectively and the noise is eliminated dramatically.The experimental results show that this method has less calculation,higher real-time performance and higher accuracy for moving target detection,and can be well applied indoors or outdoors.

In this artical, a new method of serial communication using special purpose level conversion chip MAX232 between PC and MCS 51 single chip microcontroller is introduced. The selection of the communication mode, setting of the baud rate of the 89C51 and its setting of communication are stated in detail. Through the analysis of the hardware and software design of the interface circuit, its practicability is presented.
基于ANSYS的齿轮装配体模态分析

杨伟;马星国;尤小梅; YANG Wei,MA Xing-guo,YOU Xiao-mei(Shenyang Ligong University,Shenyang 110168,China)提出一种用ANSYS分析装配体模态的新方法,针对某履带车辆传动系统高速旋转齿轮求解两种临界状态下的系统频率和主振型,而每种临界状态下的模态都可以用线性模态分析理论求解,系统运行时的固有频率在两者之间.将模态分析结果与AD-AMS运动仿真得到的啮合频率进行比较,分析系统运行时能否发生共振.
A new method for analysing assembly mode by ANSYS is proposed,the system frequencies and the main vibration mode of gear transmission system of the caterpillar vehicle are studied on two critical state.The frequencies and the main vibrartion mode can be solved with linear mode analysis theory,the natural frequency of gear system is located between the frequencies of two critical state.The meshing frequencies obtained by ADAMS are compared with above mentioned frequencies to know whether the resonance vibration will occur or not.

表面活性剂对不同石油降解菌除油影响的研究
Study on Effect of Surfactants on Biodegradation of Petroleum with Petroleum-Degrading Bacterial Strains
张丽芳,姜承志,李东辉 ZHANG Li fang 1,JIANG Cheng zhi 1,LI Dong hui 2(1.Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Shenyang Institute of Technology,Shenyang 110045,China;2.Shenyang Institute of Technology)利用从辽河油田中分离出的四株高效降解石油菌进行研究 ,探讨了表面活性剂对 4株菌除油率的影响 .试验结果表明阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠对不同菌株的除油率有抑制作用 ,当浓度达到50 0 mg/ L 时 ,无色杆菌 ( Achromobacter sp.)和黄杆菌 ( Flavobacteriumsp.)几乎无除油效果 .而非离子型曲拉通 X- 1 0 0同样也具有一定的抑制作用 .认为这种抑制是由于本试验中采用表面活性剂对细菌有毒性作用引起的 .
Four bacterial strains capable of effectively degrading petroleum had been isolated from Liaohe oil field. A study was conducted to investigate the effect of surfactants on biodegradation of petroleum with four stains. It was observed that anionic surfactant, SDBS(Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate), had inhibitory effect on bacterial degradation with four strains. When SDBS was at concentration of 500 mg/L, little mineralization of petroleum was observed by inoculating Chromobacter sp. or Flavobacterium sp.. The results also indicate that nonionic surfactant, Triton X 100, exhibited some inhibition on biodegradation with any strain. The inhibition might be due to toxicity to bacteria by the surfactants employed in this work.

镁合金管材挤压工艺及力能参数实验研究

The technological parameters of tube extrusion of Mg alloy, such as slug temperature, die assembly preheating temperature, lubricant, ratio of extrusion, and extrusion speed, have been determined by experiment in this paper. The extrusion force and influence factors have also been studie. From the results of experiment, it is found that extrusion force has relation to the mentioned parameters.
基于大气调制传递函数的天气退化图像复原方法研究
Research on the Restoration of Atmospheriacally Blurred Image Based on Atmospherical Modulation Transfer Function
董涛;董慧颖; DONG Tao,DONG Hui-ying(Shenyang Ligong University,Shenyang 110168,China)描述了天气退化图像形成的原因,及其复原原理,并基于大气调制传递函数建立了图像退化的物理模型,阐述了大气调制传递函数及其两个分量湍流调制传递函数和气溶胶调制传递函数的预测方法,利用得到的大气调制传递函数的估计值,对天气退化图像进行复原,仿真结果表明了该方法能够有效地对天气退化图像进行复原.
In this paper,the reasons of forming the atmospheriacally blurred image and the principle of recoving it are discussed,and the physical model of blurred image based on atmospheriacal modulation transfer function is proposed.The predicting method about the atmospherical modulation transfer function is explained and the two basic terms(turbulence modulation transfer function and aerosol modulation transfer function)are stated.Then use the prediction of atmospherical modulation transfer function to recover the atmospherically blurred image.The simulation result shows that this method is effective.

Extracting Method of Mixed Features for Car License-Plate Characters Recognition
王璞,董慧颖 WANG Pu,DONG Hui ying(Faculty of Information Science and Engineering, Shenyang Institute of Techonolgy, Shenyang 110016, China)分析了特征维数与分类错误概率的关系 ,提出了增加新特征 ,采用混合特征提取方法进行分类器设计 .结果表明增加的新特征可以提高分类器的性能 ,并能使识别率明显提高 .在问题的概率结构完全已知的情况下 ,增添新特征不会增加Bayes风险 .
This paper analyzes the relationship between dimensions of feature and the probability of classification mistakes. New features are added to increase the recognition rate. The classifier is designed by using mixed features extracting methods. The results show that the newly added features can improve the performances of the classifier obviously. And the recognition rate is higher than that it was before. If the probability structure of problem is completely known, the new features will not increase the Bayes risk.

In this paper, synthetical evaluation index system about the capability of technical innovation in an enterprise is established according to the feature of the technical innovation capability. After determining its weights, applying the decision method of synthetical evaluation, the integrated quantitative analysis and synthetical decision for the enterprises technical innovation are discussed in order to evaluate the situation of enterprise's technical innovation capability.
